I limit how many pets I sit, board, walk and groom for many reasons but the most important is quality care and customer service. While it is true that money is important to function, it is far from top on my list.
I must do well to be able to take care of your precious pets in a way that far exceeds the typical care but it is important to me to give quality service, far more important than quantity of pets.
The care of the pets that need service and fulfill the requirement for safe service, for all the pets involved is far more important and not compromising or settling for anything less than the gold standard in customer service and exceptional pet care standards (quality) is far more important to me then money matters ever will be.
The second I decide to accept quantity over quality it is viewed as a sell out and then the service I provide to those few loses its value, so I will never accept that. That’s why it is important to make your reservations in with as much advance notice as possible and ensure you have you have your Pet’s Profile on file with me.
